The role of Project Worker within the Friary Gardeners department involves working with groups of adults at Friary Gardeners plant nursery in Hastings.

A typical week will involve providing direct support and oversight of members undertaking horticultural and outdoor activities in support of their personal goals, acting as a member of the broader team and contributing to the day to day running of Friary Gardeners plant nursery.

As well as the support of your managers, you will be part of a big team, sharing ideas, helping one another and all working together to ensure our members live their lives to the fullest, the way they want to.
