Full-time role, hours spread across the week, for the right person, to be trained up to be a personal assistant for a young lady with severe learning disability and autism. No previous experience required, full training given. Enthusiasm and commitment required.
Hourly rate: Employed £17.35 / Self-employed £22.55.
Location: Outskirts of Bexhill, East Sussex.
If you are enthusiastic, motivated and are interested in working within a family home with a young woman who is amazing and who has a learning disability, autism, complex emotional needs and can display behaviours that challenge, we would like to hear from you.
You will be required to carry out duties involving supporting a young person and with all aspects of her daily life including personal care and accessing her local community.
As a valued member of the team, we will provide you with the necessary training to ensure you are adequately prepared for the challenges of your role (includes some physical aggression) and given support and guidance.
The successful candidate will be caring, reliable, have a degree of fitness but most of committed to delivering the highest possible standard of care. Females only.
Roadworthy car required to travel to work and for trips out.
