Bourne Support Services (South East) is looking for a confident and experienced individual to step into a Team Leader / Trainer position. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a growing care company that puts quality over quantity – always. Looking for someone who will work up to become manager role
What you’ll do:
• Support and train new care staff to ensure excellent, person-centred service
• Assist with client visits where needed (e.g., medication, personal care, companionship)
• Manage day-to-day queries, admin tasks, and liaise with families
• Cover gaps as needed and help maintain a consistent standard of care
• Be mentored directly by the service lead with the goal to grow into a future management role
About you:
• Experience in health and social care (essential)
• Confident supporting both clients and new team members
• Flexible and organised with a warm, professional manner
• Full driving licence and own car required
Hours:
• 20–25 hours per week
• Typically 2–3 days per week, between 8/9am – 4/5pm (occasional alternate Saturdays)
• Eastbourne, Shinewater, Polegate, Stone Cross, and surrounding areas
