Weekend Cafe Supervisor

Groundwork South are looking to recruit a Weekend Café Supervisor at a vibrant community café within the The Bale House Visitor Centre at Hastings Country Park.

Working closely with the Kitchen Manager, you will provide a welcoming front of house service, providing excellent customer service and quality food and beverages to local community and visitors. In the absence of the manager, you will supervise and lead the team of café assistants to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and café including preparation of food managing rotas, absence and providing feedback

You will be someone with experience and knowledge of kitchen/ catering/ café operations, food preparation and staff supervision.
