Main Duties
• Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement
• Managing temporary and contract driving employees
• Proactively sourcing new potential opportunities
• Achieve monthly/weekly sale KPIs
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs for the Company
• Ensuring your clients’ recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
• Keeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment and transport industry
• Keeping up to date with transport and driving regulations
• Manage transport advertising
• A proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles.
• Scheduling staff and shift rotas
• Working with high volume workloads
• Working with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients at all levels.
• The ability to work under pressure
• Being available 24/7 on emergency call for the division
• Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee database.
Qualification’s Skills and Experience
• Good levels of education
• Previous experience in transport or logistics scheduling
• Knowledge of driving regulations
• Computer literate
• Excellent marketing skills
• Previous experience of managing a recruitment desk would be an advantage
• Experience in managing staff
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
• Must have clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
