Main Duties
• Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement
• Managing temporary and contract staff
• Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice
• Proactively sourcing new potential opportunities
• Achieve monthly/weekly KPIs
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
• Ensuring your client's recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
• Keeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment industry
• Manage advertising
• A proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles
• Experience in working in a compliance heavy role
• Have an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary staffing.
• Working with high volume workloads
• Working with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with clients at all levels
• The ability to work under pressure
• Being able to 24/7 on emergency call for the division
• Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee database
Qualification’s Skills and Experience
• Good levels of education
• Computer literate
• Excellent marketing skills
• Previous experience of managing a recruitment desk
• Experience in managing staff
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
• Must have clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
