Ashring supports 6 residents with learning and physical disabilities. They enjoy venturing out into the local community and day centres. Every day is an opportunity to bring positivity and make a real impact in someone’s life which is hugely important to #CareTech
✅Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting individuals with daily tasks and personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with errands, appointments, and activities
• Promoting independence and well-being
💥What We’re Looking For:
• A caring and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude
✨Vacancy Details:
• Senior Support Worker: 37.50 hours per week - £13.71 per hour
• Support Worker: 40 hours per week - £12.71 per hour
• Waking Night Support Worker: 20 hours per week - £12.71 per hour
