Personal Assistant for lady with dementia

We are seeking the right person to join my mum's dedicated team of personal assistants. My mum is a lively (although she often gets tired these days), fun and friendly lady with dementia who loves music and lives in her own home with my support and that of her wonderful team, who all care for her very much. Whilst experience in this work would be a real asset, it's even more important for us to find someone who will enjoy my mum's company and help bring some sunshine into her days. We can provide training in all other aspects of the work, but the personal touch can't be taught. We're looking for someone to do Thursday and Friday afternoon/evening and all day Saturday, with extra shifts to cover occasionally.
