PAIR OF TWIN ADJUSTABLE SPOTLIGHTS FLOOR STANDING RETRO USED

This matching pair of classic floor standing spotlights are very useful for either ambient lighting or for task lighting in many places around the home – such as alongside a chair in a comfy reading nook, beside a chair or sofa in a living room or bedroom, or to highlight treasured ornaments or artwork, and would be perfect for someone who crafts as a hobby – or even in a garage or workshop.

The timeless design of these versatile lamps would blend in effortlessly with either a traditional or modern environment, and their black colour would fit beautifully with many different decors.

The simple clean lines of the tall thin upright columns give the lamps a stylish sophisticated appearance, and their substantial circular metal bases ensure the lamps are perfectly stable on the floor.

These practical lamps are approximately 152.5 cm (5 ft) high and their bases are approximately 26.0 cm in diameter - which means they are a nice manageable size and hence easy to move around.

The positions of the two spotlights on each lamp are fully adjustable. The lights can be slid up or down on the central upright column, and be pointed in numerous directions.

Both lamps were working at the time of posting this advertisement. (They have not been PAT tested.)

They each have a modern 2 core black cable with a standard 3 pin black plug on the end (containing a 13 amp fuse). Voltage UK mains 240V. The lights are turned on and off via a handy foot operated black push switch attached to a second black cable.

Each lamp requires two Edison screw light bulbs. No light bulbs are included in this sale.

These lamps were originally purchased new in the late 20th century and are both in very good condition for their age. As is to be expected they are showing some signs of surface wear consistent with use. The upright column on one of the lamps has a few scratches on it where the black cables have rubbed against the black finish. However, there is a small black clip which holds the cables against the upright on this particular lamp and when correctly positioned this ensures the scratches are hidden.
