Gardener and handy person required to maintain private gardens approx. 8hrs pw with chance to expand role

Someone required with gardening experience and knowledge to maintain and manage 2 acres of private gardens in Bearsted, Kent. Duties will require:

Mowing (ride on mower provided)

Strimming

Leaf clearance

Weeding

Patio/path maintenance

Hedge trimming

General garden maintenance

For someone with knowledge and vision the role could expand to more hours to include developing the garden design and creating kitchen garden. Scope for more hours if willing to do maintenance to outbuildings/fences etc. Can provide more work to the right candidate.

Must be hard working and willing to use initiative.

Schedule is flexible to suit employee - we can agree on regular day/days during the week. Not at weekends.

Will require a reference.

Gardening equipment will be provided.
