We use a chair instead of a mat on the floor in order to make yoga accessible to more people. There will be the opportunity to challenge ourselves as well as offering modifications.
Gathering in community in this way can be supportive for our health on all levels. The sessions offer tools we can take away to use in our everyday lives to bring about positive changes.
