Duties to include supporting the Manager in the day to day running of the home including leading a small, skilled team to provide high quality person centred care to our residents.
Experience of working in a similar setting with knowledge of CQC regulatory standards and a good understanding of safeguarding is essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational, communication and leadership skills, together with the ability to maintain accurate records and to work alongside the Manager and to be able to assist with any situations which arise in the home.
