"o" Bay Gelding Veteran Horse

Mum/ Teenager little horse. A extremely hard decision, been with me forever. ID x Thoroughbred bay gelding. 21 year old stuck in a 12 year olds body. Great on the road, on own or in company, catch and clip. Vaccinated and shod. Had a extremely easy life, but would make a nice little dressage horse. Out in the summer and in at night in the winter. He is not a Novice ride, but in no way unsafe. Easy to catch/handle. Please I do not want any timewasters/dealers, its been a tough decision.
