This classic wooden skittle set is believed to have been made between 1920 and 1950 and has been in my family since it was first purchased.

These robust skittles can still provide hours of fun for both children and adults.

Alternatively, this charming item could be used purely for decorative purposes. Its plain rustic wooden appearance would fit in nicely with either traditional or modern decor.

This bowling set is comprised of: eight skittles, two balls, and one storage stand.

Each skittle measures approximately 20 cm high. The balls are approximately 6 cm in diameter. Their storage stand is approximately 30 cm high, with a base of approximately 16 cm in diameter.

There are clear signs of wear on the individual pieces within this set, which is to be expected given its age and previous use.

One skittle is missing (there would originally have been nine) as is its associated peg on the storage stand. However, this does not prevent the game from being played.
