There are multiple lighting options from floor lighting to spot lights above the units to under counter lights as well as a main kitchen light.
From the kitchen to the left are sliding pocket doors that lead into the lounge with its swivel arm chairs and a free standing settee with bed under, glass fronted display cupboards with internal lighting it’s dedicated TV area and lovely gas fire plus it’s central heating radiator and it’s lighting options it’s a cosy lounge for summer or winter.
From the kitchen to the right is a corridor (with its own central heating radiator) that leads to the master bedroom but off that corridor on the right is a two single bed bedroom with wardrobe that incorporates a three drawer unit, the central heating radiator is just next to the wardrobe. There is a cupboard above each bed and attached to the wardrobe is a tv bracket.
Again from the corridor to the left is a full bathroom with toilet and a lovely sink with cupboard below there is also above the toilet another cupboard. A large full sized bath with shower, glass screen and central heated towel rail complete this lovely bathroom.
At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with its unique setup, this is one of the reasons this is a sought after static holiday home, the bed is angled in such a way as to give easy access all the way around it, with privacy lights that you can move and position as suits you plus there is above cupboard lighting and down lighting.
There is an amazing amount of storage space both below the bed, behind the bed and above the bed. To the left of the bed is the dressing table and stool and on the right of the bed is a cupboard.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite with toilet, sink and shower and central heating radiator, it also has its own walk in wardrobe with shelving unit and clothing rails with shelves above. Between the en-suite and walk in wardrobe is the master bedroom central heating radiator.
Some extra information:
An air pump is fitted in the main bathroom area that is connected to the water system this allows fast drainage of all water from all the pipe work throughout the static even in the washing machine so you can quickly winterise the caravan when leaving it in the winter months.
The Static is enclosed on three sides and insulated on the prevailing wind side. There is a door in the enclosed side that fronts the car parking area, this door is lockable and gives access to the water stop tap. There is an outside 13amp waterproof socket and an outside water tap. The gas bottles are to the rear of the static.
The shed is going in the sale so comes with the static.
The site position on the park is very private and not overlooked on two sides. It is a nice quiet site open 10 months of the year from march to December. Site fees are £2400 per year as of last year.
There is mains water and Electric, Gas is propane bottle gas.
