We have used this caravan while our house renovation was underway over the last 3 years.

The only work I have had to do beyond general upkeep is changing the boiler. For prospective buyers in this price range, please do factor that a boiler in a caravan of this age is likely to require replacement soon. The cost of replacement can be around £2,500. So this is a big deal, and the fact that ours has been done very recently should put this caravan ahead of others in the same price range.

It’s been well looked after, never any damp/ leaks. I have never winterised it - left heating on as we've been active here through winters. It is double glazing, gas central heating. The new boiler is Glow-worm, fitted Jan 2025, with programmable/ digital thermostat. Strong shower with the water pressure we have here and central heating is very efficient, gas fire rarely needed.

It can come with two fridge freezers as preferred. There was a 3/4 height in here which we swapped for a full height. Take either or both. Both bedrooms are currently with double beds. The second bedroom was arranged as two singles but we have pushed the frames together and put a double mattress in for our guests. We can revert it to two singles for sale (as we kept the single mattresses in storage).

Everything is super comfortable. We have a 55inch TV with sound bar (not included). Both sofas are in excellent condition. The four seater is a double sofabed. The kitchen is very functional and all in good condition. We will leave the microwave here. It’s gas oven/ hob.

I can connect you with the haulage firm we used to deliver it. I think we paid about £450 to have it moved to where we are now. Of course pricing will depend on distance.
