Wanted eletric commuter bike tunbridge wells

Tunbridge wells looking for an electric commuter bike adult either hitway dvu zinc etc reasonable price as will only be used for work only must be fully working usable not to bothered if the condition so long as fully working with charger. Unfortunately don't drive so if close to Tunbridge wells if can be dropped off. Looking to pay about £150 due to this being my 3rdbike in just one year brought one few months ago which only last a dew weeks the power no longer working so ideally looking for a reasonable price bike.
