I am looking to rent approximately 2 to 4 acres of private, sole-use grazing land, a bare paddock, or a small quiet yard on a long-term basis.

I am based near Orpington and rely on local bus routes, so the land needs to be situated within the Orpington, Cudham, Pratt's Bottom, Chelsfield, Halstead, or Sevenoaks borders.

Requirements:

Secure boundaries/fencing.A reliable water supply.Suitable for three incredibly quiet, well-behaved horses (one riding horse, two small ponies).

About Me:

I am a mature, experienced, and responsible horse owner. I strictly keep my land clean, tidy, and well-managed, and I do not tolerate any yard drama. I am completely self-sufficient and do not require any luxury equestrian facilities—an awkward corner of an agricultural farm or an empty orchard would suit me perfectly.
