Vintage Dual CS505-2 Turntable with Clear Dust Cover – 1989

Up for sale is a Dual CS505-2 record player.

Been away in the loft and stored securely. Set it up quickly to see if there are any faults and am pleased to say that there isn't. In a very good condition as this come out in 1989. 37 years ago. All ready to go.

The Dual CS 505-2 is a legendary, German engineered belt driven turntable introduced in 1989.

Released as a beloved entry level audiophile deck, it features a spring loaded suspended sub chassis for vibration isolation, a low mass tonearm and a semi automatic mechanism that lifts the arm and stops the motor at the end of the record.

Key Specifications

Type - Belt drive semi automatic.

Speeds - 33 1/3 and 45 RPM. (With pitch fine tuning)

Platter - Machined, pressed aluminium

Tonearm - Low mass, dynamically balanced with a removable headshell.

A nice piece of vintage, retro stereo equipment. One on eBay for £389 that is fully refurbished. This isnt fully refurbished but is in 100% working condition.
