The Vermont Vue was new in 2014 and is 36ft x 12ft 6ins with two bedroom, one double and the other twin. The lounge sofa also converts to a double bed to sleep six people. There are built in gas oven, grill, hob and microwave. The included 42in LG smart tv was new two years ago. Central heating is also from piped gas provided by the site at reasonable cost. The lounge/dining/kitchen has a built in electric fire and 1.5 patio doors to the front deck. In addition to the shower room with sink and toilet the main bedroom has its own en-suite toilet and sink. There is a full deck area to front and side and a large lockable storage shed on the grass area at the side.
The pitch fee is paid and included in the sale for 2026. It was £5,500 in 2024, £5,647 in 2025 and £5,934.32 in 2026, payable half in January and half in May. It includes grounds maintenance, sewerage, waste management and the site facilities referred to above.
