TALL FIRESIDE COMPANION SET HANDMADE IRON TOOLS & STAND UNUSED

This good quality heavyweight fireside companion set was originally handmade by a blacksmith and purchased some years ago in South Wales.

The attractive intricate cagework finials on the ends of each tool and the top of their stand is a timeless design which would look lovely in either a traditional or modern environment, and the classic black iron will blend nicely with most decors.

This durable rustic set is comprised of four tools: a poker, shovel, brush and tongs. They are all particularly long, and hang down from a tall stand with a substantial square base – which ensures this robust set remains perfectly stable on the floor.

This elegant item has only ever been used for decorative purposes and therefore although preloved is in very good condition – with just a few light signs of wear as is to be expected given its age.

Please refer to the photographs provided to make your own assessment regarding condition.

Due to home renovations this unusual set is now surplus to requirements and hence is being offered for sale – from a smoke and pet free home.

Dimensions of the stand: the square base is approximately 22 cm by 22 cm and the stand’s height from the floor to the top of its finial is approximately 90 cm.

The length of the tools, including their finials, vary from approximately 60 to 65 cm.
