Selling my tab 320 metropolis sadly, that was registered in November 2022.

She really is like new still. Still has that new caravan smell in her. I have barely used her in my time of ownership, probably less then ten times. She tows like a dream, very sturdy on the car and follows beautifully.

The cooker, sink and heater has never been used in the caravan due to having a cooker system in the back of my car. I didn't want to cause damage to the caravan by using it or generating bad smells. No marks on the inside or any chips in the wood work etc. really is in immaculate condition.

I invested into the upgrades, extra fly screens fitted on all windows, comes with toilet/box (which was only used in emergencies) which matches the caravan decor. Heater integrated, spare wheel and uprated chassis to 1000kg for extra payload. The caravan is cris registered at new and has had every service each year to maintain its ten year water ingress. But will need servicing by November if you wish to maintain this.

It has two sets of keys, a hitch lock with bag, a wheel clamp and bag. The electric leed which is extra long. The fridge is 3 way and comes with the 20l water container. All paperwork and manuals for all electrics etc have been kept and are included.

Also I have two lots of matching linen sets for the bedding that comes with it. I searched high and low to try and find something suitable. One set is even brand new and still in the packaging.

Reason for sale is that I have finally decided to brave doing my own van conversion, which has helped by the fact I have even found my dream van to do it with. Otherwise I wouldn't sell the caravan, but can't keep both.
