Swift Windrush 112 1984

Please note this is a 1984 Cotswold Windrush 112 2-berth coachbuilt caravan – a lovely genuine example with lots of original character, extensive original paperwork and several useful modern upgrades. (Cotswold were bought out by swift in 1989)

This is a very distinctive and rare British caravan from Cotswold Coach Craft. It retains its original 1980s character, including the original upholstery, cabinetry, graphics and trim.

Well maintained and has recently been used for a trip away and has just been thoroughly cleaned and prepared.

The interior has a lovely authentic retro feel, with the original floral upholstery, wood-effect cabinetry and large windows. The seating converts to a comfortable double bed arrangement.

The kitchen includes the original gas hob and oven, stainless-steel sink and storage, together with an upgraded electric fridge.

She comes with original documentation, including the Cotswold Coach Craft Windrush handbook, period Cotswold literature and original appliance manuals.

The original period awning is also included, complete with poles and fittings (and instructions!).

As you would expect from a caravan of this age, there are some cosmetic imperfections. There are some dents to the entrance door and some age-related wear to areas such as the flyscreen torn (but mended) and exterior fittings.

These are reflected in the price, but the door operates correctly and the caravan remains very presentable overall.

She is a genuinely charming and unusual 1980s British caravan with plenty of character. Ideal for someone looking for a retro caravan for weekends and holidays, or for an enthusiast wanting to own and preserve a particularly nice example of the Cotswold Windrush.
