Has been stored indoors when not in use during last 5 years, Ive owned it since 2021. It has had limited but careful use travelling within the Yorkshire/Derbyshire areas.

4 birth with twin sofas in the lounge and fixed transverse bed in the rear with as new Duvalay mattress.

Has a central bathroom with separate shower sink and toilet.

Heated by the Truma blown air central heating and combination gas/ electric boiler with Swift control module linked to Sargent Tracker alarm and remote management of heating water fridge etc.

It is in as new condition as per photos and has quad Emove motor movers to aid siting etc.

Last serviced August 2025 and serviced every year in my ownership. Travelled less than 400miles since last service and had 4 new tyres fitted during last service.
