Situated on a Meridian Park’s site, ‘The Flask’ between Whitby & Scarborough and just a stones throw from Robin Hoods Bay. The Flask is a small, quiet site with approximately 70 caravans. No 6 is on the front of the site and probably occupies one of the best positions on the site, on a clear day you can see over to Robin Hoods Bay from the caravan.
The site is extremely well maintained, with majority grassed areas, well kept roads and footpaths and security lighting in the evenings. There is a launderette on the site and adjacent is the Flask Public House, which has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is a welcome retreat in the afternoons and evenings. There is also a newly opened café next to the site, which does an amazing full English breakfast.
Travelling around couldn’t be easier as directly outside ‘The Flask’ is the bus stop which, to the right takes you to Scarborough and to the left, both Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby.
The site fees are currently just under £4,000 a year and have been paid up to February 2027.. There is no council tax, tv licence or water rates to pay. Wifi is available on site, but there isn’t any in this caravan. The site is open 11 months of the year and closed in February. There are current gas and electric certificates for the caravan.
Meridian Parks, do not have any age limits on their caravans on site and albeit this is 2007, it is extremely well maintained both internally and externally and really doesn’t look any different to its surrounding neighbours. As already stated its on the front of the site and on a clear day it enjoys superb views towards Robin Hoods Bay.
There is decking to the side of the caravan and when the sun is out its an absolute sun trap. There is also a large storage container to the front of the caravan
The caravan is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.
