The caravan is in very good overall condition and has been well cared for.

There has previously been some water ingress which resulted in slight visible marking to an internal wall panel. The source of the ingress has since been repaired. I am mentioning this so prospective buyers have a clear and accurate description of the caravan before travelling to view it.

Off-site sale

The caravan must be removed from its current site and the asking price reflects this. The buyer will need to arrange suitable transport/relocation.

The substantial wrap-around decking can also be included if required.
