Key Responsibilities:
• Providing consistent supervision and support throughout the day
• Supporting attendance at regular activities such as swimming, the gym, and crafts
• Encouraging social engagement, including meals out and visiting family
• Accompanying on trips out, such as seaside visits, garden centres, and nature walks
• Attending and supporting with appointments (e.g. GP, hospital, hearing/eyesight tests, Job Centre/DWP)

• Patient, reliable, and attentive
• Enjoys being out and about and supporting others to engage in activities
• Able to provide consistent supervision and build a trusting relationship
• Flexible and proactive in supporting day-to-day needs
