We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support Millie, an outgoing and fun-loving 11-year-old girl with a learning disability, to enjoy activities in the local community on weekends.

This role is all about helping Millie build confidence, have fun and access places she enjoys. She has a Merlin Pass, which includes a carer pass and free parking, giving plenty of opportunities for enjoyable days out together.

The successful applicant will support Millie to access community activities and attractions, encourage her independence, and help her make the most of her weekends. Whether that's visiting local attractions, exploring new places or enjoying favourite activities, you'll play an important part in helping her have positive experiences.

A driving licence is not essential for this role. If you live locally and are a good match for Millie, the family are open to discussing transport arrangements.

The family have two friendly Labrador dogs, so applicants should be comfortable around dogs.
