Hi everyone, I am urgently seeking a small, self-contained accommodation such as a house annex or a studio in or around London. Also open to surrounding areas in Surrey or Kent.

Can be a small space attached to a property suitable for a single person - no kids, no pets, non-smoking; quiet, clean and tidy.

Looking for a house-sitting arrangement for someone who travels often and needs a house-sitter to mind the house.

Or a property guardian arrangement for a private landlord with a vacant property requiring live-in security to deter squatters and vandals.
