This was a right devil to programme not only have to put the frequencies in you also have to put in the zones and name them I have put the local repeaters in plus the simplex channels also PMR Marine Band and Fire service. Plus, I have put some of the uk repeaters and gateways. For you CB,ers I have put in 40 UK + 80 EU but I have created a CB zoneS so you can add more channels. I did not want to take up any more time doing this. please note this radio is for serious operators.

HF Limitations: While the radio boasts LW, MW, and SW reception, it is a compact handheld; do not expect it to perform like a dedicated HF base station desktop receiver.

Out-of-Box APRS Digipeating: firmware versions have the APRS digipeater function enabled by default with no menu option to disable it. If you do not have an amateur radio licence, be careful, as the radio will automatically re-transmit any digital packet it hears.
