This holiday home is a 2008 model and in an excellent condition and will come with all the safety checks of electric and gas and also a full years site fee. This is on our tranquil family owned park in Mid Wales. We are situated near the towns of Welshpool and Newtown and just an hours drive to the coast, so an ideal base to explore great days out with the family. Our park has a nature garden and lake, an outside recreational area with table tennis, large draughts, football area and net and children's climbing frame. Our indoor games room has a pool table. table football, 9 pin bowling lane, large 4 in a row and a selection of books, games and puzzles with a cosy seating. We are a dog friendly park and also have a 2 bed lodge to hire if you just wanted a holiday with us.
