LRG Group are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Contract Delivery Teams across multiple disciplines.
This role is central to ensuring consistency, transparency, and traceability of project information from tender stage through to final handover. You will play a key part in maintaining high‑quality, secure, and reliable data for clients, internal teams, and the wider supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Helpdesk Coordination
Manage and prioritise incoming helpdesk requests.
Allocate tasks to engineers and monitor completion.
Maintain accurate logs and communication trails.
Purchase Control & Reporting
Raise purchase orders and track expenditure.
Monitor supplier performance and delivery accuracy.
Support financial reporting and cost control processes.
Scheduling Support
Assist with planning and scheduling engineers across multiple projects.
Update calendars, job sheets, and resource plans.
Ensure efficient coordination between teams and clients.
Document Control & Management
Maintain organised, compliant project documentation.
Support the creation, updating, and distribution of RAMS, certificates, drawings, and reports.
Ensure all documents meet internal and client standards.
Audit Preparation & Support
Assist with preparation and delivery of audits including:
ISO 9001 (Quality)
ISO 14001 (Environmental)
ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)
Maintain audit-ready records and evidence.
Health & Safety Administration
Issue updates, toolbox talks, and compliance documentation.
Support the H&S Manager with incident reporting and record keeping.
Ensure site teams receive correct and timely information.
General Operational Support
Provide administrative support to Contract Managers and Directors.
Maintain accurate project data throughout the lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable:
Experience in construction, electrical contracting, or FM environments.
Knowledge of ISO standards or audit processes.
Understanding of scheduling or helpdesk systems.
