Trades needed: carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, rendering, guttering work, and dealing with leaks on, e.g., a facade. To have availability for the nearby future, to be able to plan and structure a renovation of a flat or loft area and or facade, to be able to think ahead, understand H & S , risk management from heights, give lists so that we can buy materials ahead of time, you will need to be around for deliveries and to meet, e.g., a scaffolder, please outlining what you feel about heights.
