Kitchen is equipped with full oven with 3 gas burners and 1 electric hot plate, microwave and a tall spacious Dometic fridge freezer.

There is a central washroom area with shower cubicle, electric flush toilet and vanity wash bowl area.

The rear bedroom has a fixed bed with deep wardrobes either side and storage above bed, there is a point for a wall mounted television (television supplied).

Heating and hot water is powered by Alde wet central heating and hot water system.

Exterior features include a BBQ point and external locker with a 230v socket. The caravan comes with a power touch motor mover, also an AL-KO ATC (active trailer control) and AL-KO wheel lock.

The caravan has recently been serviced, all documents available, it has brand new tyres new leisure battery and lots of extras including waste master 2 x aqua rolls including ducks back storage bags to put them in, a mains water connection kit, brand new mains electric hook up, milenco nose weight gauge and a Dorema porch awning.

A change in circumstances has forced the sale of our lovely caravan and its with much sadness I'm now listing it for sale.
