Looking for a Spacious 1 Bedroom Flat in Brighton

My name is Elise, I’m 28 years old and a full-time carer for a family member. I’m looking for a settled, long-term home for myself and my nearly 3 year old son.

We’re a quiet, respectful little family and take great pride in keeping our home clean, tidy and well looked after. We also have one neutered, indoor British Shorthair cat who is clean, quiet and well cared for.

I can provide excellent references, including previous landlord references and a strong character reference.

My budget is up to £1,300 per month, The deposit and rent in advance are available, and rent will be paid by direct bank transfer each month, on time.

I’m looking for a spacious one bedroom flat (no studios, please). An outdoor space would be a lovely bonus, but it’s not essential.

We’re ready to move within the next month and are looking in Brighton (BN1 and BN2), including areas such as Kemptown, Preston Park, Hanover and Central Brighton. We’re not currently looking in Hove.
