This item will undergo a full mechanical and cosmetic overhaul as part of the full refurbishment process. As part of the mechanical overhaul we remove and inspect all drive belts (Brake and Drive belts) and replace any moving parts (bushing, belts and bearings) and replace them with new ones. Any step shaft showing signs of wear are replaced with brand new shafts. We change the encoder kit on every machine as standard. The generator is removed, stripped of its old bearings and brand new bearings are installed on every machine as a matter of course.
