This is Amigo, he’s looking to go on full loan for a year while my daughter is at college.
Amigo is a 10 year old, 17’3 Irish sport cross Dutch warmblood gelding, he’s extremely intelligent and very loving 🥰
He’s a gent on the ground, easy to catch, good for the farrier- he wears front shoes, good to clip, a little nervous with the dentist but never needed sedation and has great teeth apparently. He has a very impressive family tree which I’m happy to share 😍 and he has so much potential.
However…
Amigo isn’t for a novice, he needs someone experienced and confident and not afraid of the odd buck/ dance move. Amigo isn’t ever nasty, he’s just cheeky and gets excited easily, but being such a big boy he needs to learn how to contain this sometimes. Some rides are perfect, others not so much. He has experience in dressage and lots of hacking. My daughter has popped some jumps on him in the school which he seems to thoroughly enjoy but lacks the experience.
We just really want someone to be able to have some fun on him while my daughter doesn’t have the time he deserves.
