The Hyundai i30 N Performance is a specialized, track-focused version of the standard hatchback. It was built under Hyundai’s high-performance 'N' division, which was led by the former head of BMW's M division. Compared to the standard i30 and the base i30 N, the performance pack boosts the 2.0-litre engine to 271 bhp (275 PS). The base i30 N only has 247 bhp.

• Top Speed: It hits 0–62 mph in just 6.1 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph.

• Rev-Matching: The 6-speed manual gearbox automatically blips the throttle on downshifts. This mimics professional heel-and-toe driving for smoother, faster gear changes.

• Launch Control: This electronic system helps you accelerate from a dead stop with zero wheel spin.

• N Drive Mode: A dedicated button on the steering wheel instantly stiffens the suspension, sharpens the throttle, and weights up the steering. It also opens the exhaust valves for full track performance.
