This case would be really useful not only for men and women who travel on business but also when needing to transport shirts and accessories to change into for special occasions such as weddings, concerts, evening receptions, dinner, and weekends away. This practical and attractive good quality case would make a lovely gift.

The English Stuffed Shirt Company made this particular luxury model of shirt travel case especially for Harrods and have a worldwide reputation for useful, exceptionally well designed and carefully made travel items for the discerning gentleman.

Sadly the English Stuffed Shirt Company no longer exists, and although pre owned pieces from this company occasionally come up for sale it is rare to be presented with an opportunity such as this to acquire an item which has never been used and is still in excellent condition.

This is a private sale from a pet and smoke free home. Since my husband received this case it has been carefully stored in a clean dry environment away from sunlight - hence its as new condition. We have decided to sell it now as it is surplus to requirements and we need the space.

The sophisticated high quality dark green canvas of this case is enhanced by generous rich looking red brown leather trims and metal zips. The Harrods name is embossed on a leather plaque on the front of the case, as well as on one side and also on a curved removable zipped pouch inside – which is large enough to hold a detachable collar, or tie or jewellery such as cufflinks, tie clips, or a watch, and cleverly designed to sit neatly inside the neck opening of one’s shirt.

In addition, at the opposite end of the case and attached with black velcro, there is a handy larger rectangular zipped storage pouch.

The Stuffed Shirt logo is on a fabric label inside the case.

At the shirt neck end of the case there is a small window with a transparent plastic window pane. When one looks closely at the plastic in a certain light one can see a circular patch in the centre where the plastic is slightly different from the rest of the window pane. It has always been like this and presumably came about during the manufacturing process. It does not prevent one from seeing through the window though, and does not detract from the look of the case.

The shirt case also contains a flexible removable plastic frame (and instructions) to help ensure one neatly packs one or two shirts in such a way that they remain crisp and clean whilst in transit. There is also a flexible removable plastic collar frame to help store detachable shirt collars.

The case is accompanied by a milk chocolate brown coloured draw string protective fabric bag with the Stuff Shirt company branding in gold lettering on the front.

The approximate outer size of the case when closed is: 28.0 cm long x 23.5 cm wide x 7.5 cm high.

The approximate outer size of the curved pouch is: 14 cm long x 4.5 cm high.

The approximate outer size of the rectangular storage pouch is: 23.5 cm long x 15.0 cm wide x 3.5 cm high.

The approximate size of the window on one end of the case is 5.0 cm long x 3.0 cm wide.
