Handy Mantanance person

General maintanance in a 23 bedded nursing home in Hove. Hours can be flexible.

We are looking for a Handy/ Maintenance person who will be responsible for ensuring the home is a safe environment for residents, team members and visitors whilst maintaining a high quality of service within the home. Alongside the safety aspects, the Maintenance will also be responsible for ensuring that the care home environment is safe, functional, and compliant with health and safety requirements, maintaining the decoration of the home, ensuring the home and grounds are kept to a high standard. Ensure all minor repairs and audit requirements are fixed in a timely manner. Your work will support the wellbeing of residents by maintaining the building, equipment, and surrounding areas to a high standard.
