General carpentry - garden building maintenance and repairs

Carpenter with knowledge of all types of garden buildings required. Our company offers a maintenance and repair service for these types of buildings and have lots of incoming work. You will be given the timeframe that each job has been quoted for (we have a lot of experience in this type of work and know how long each job should take, extra pay if any extra work is required for previously unknown items) and pay £25/Hr of "on-site" time - we supply any specialist equipment required and the materials. You will supply your own tools and general equipment (ladders, saw horses, etc).

You must be able to think on your feet as there is quite often extra work required which only becomes apparent once the work has started. Therefore you must also be of a friendly nature as you will need to liaise with customers in these situations and discuss possible solutions with them (with our support).

Must have your own van with a roof rack (you may need to collect lengths of timber and materials) and be willing to travel throughout the south east (mileage allowance given for jobs that aren't local).
