Garrard 401 transciption record deck

Custom made by me back in the 80;s/90's very heavy solid plinth to counteract rumble the 401 is a professional standard turntable popular with audio enthusiasts, i hav'nt used it for a number of years so it now needs a younger keener enthusiast to take it on, it,s constructed from solid bonded marine ply finished in light oak, has a SME arm, a new still boxed Goldring Elan and numerous s/h cartridges including Shure and Goldring and other accessories, i was very happy with it for many years but sadly with onset of old age and illness it now just sits collecting dust, it will need a little recommissioning as motor has sagged on its springs (still available i believe) so they will need replacing, it was my main audio source feeding through an Arcam Alpha Amp, and Monitor Audio floor standers, with a Marantz CD player all 80s/90s vintage and available if required, already sold most of records but still have many left for your perusal, so if your interested give me a call.
