Powered by the highly regarded Chevrolet LS1 5.7 litre fuel injected V8 engine, making it far more usable than many cars of this type. With currently 53,000 miles, the car has been properly enjoyed throughout its life, including several European road trips completed by its first owner without issue.

The current owner carried out an extensive renovation of the car in 2021, including a full body-off, nut and bolt rebuild. During this time the body was fully repainted by APS Body Repairs in Melton Mowbray, the same company that paints the new Gardner Douglas shells themselves. The finish is excellent throughout, with the bodywork presenting in exceptional condition.

The car was also upgraded with side exit exhausts, custom deep dish 'Image' wheels with new tyres, beautifully presented replacement brake hard lines and a number of smaller billet aluminium finishing touches. The overall standard of the car is clear to see and it stands out from the majority of kit cars on the market. The bodywork is in exceptional condition without a single blemish/ ripple to be found. This isn't you typical home built kit car - this was professionally built and then personally perfected.
