Jerry is being wasted as a field ornament as my daughter has 2 horses and only time and finance for one!

Jerry has only been hacked for the last year due my daughter being busy with life and i feel he still needs a job to do. He is great to hack alone or in company, he has done riding club, show jumping, hunting and fun rides in the time we have owned him.

Health wise Jerry has had a kissing spine procedure 3 years ago and has completed all of the above since then - he does need to be kept reasonably fit and has a weight limit of around 12 stone. He also has a sarcoid on his hind leg which currently is not a problem.

Jerry is generally a kick along ride but during the winter months he can show a more spicy side and although he is not any faster he can have a buck, which until you get to know him may catch you out so for this reason Jerry is NOT a novice ride.

Jerry is currently also advertised for sale but if a long term loan home comes up first then we would be happy with him going out on loan (minimum of 2 years) also within 30 miles of either BA1 7SW or BA12 0LJ. The home we would like is predominately a hacking home with maybe some riding club or low level jumping/dressage.

Jerry is a lovely horse with a great temperament, he is good to do in all ways, he does need his weight managed as he is very food orientated and 1 moment on his lips are a lifetime on his hips! but we manage this with work rather than limiting his food/grass.
