This 1991 Ford Sierra Sapphire RS Cosworth 4x4 Rouse Sport 304R is one of just 78 examples built, developed by BTCC legend Andy Rouse in conjunction with Ford Motor Company.

Finished in Moondust Silver with a black leather interior, the 304R featured exclusive Rouse upgrades including a Garrett turbocharger, remapped ECU, revised turbo, induction and exhaust systems, Rouse body styling and decals, plus Rouse-branded Recaro seats. Power comes from the legendary 2.0-litre turbocharged Cosworth YB engine driving all four wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox.

First registered in August 1991, this car was supplied new by Grays Ford of Guildford to Mary Gray, wife of the dealership owner. It has had just three private owners from new, retains its original dealer number plates and window stickers, and is accompanied by an original letter from Andrew Rouse.

The history file includes the original handbooks, document wallet, stamped service book, historic MOT certificates, Andrew Rouse correspondence and both original keys with immobiliser fob.

The documented mileage history demonstrates careful ownership throughout its life, with recorded mileages from 1,637 miles in 1991 through to 84,387 miles in 2022. The odometer now displays 89,167 miles.
