Fiat Bessacarr E450 2006 for sale

Selling our Bessacarr E450 motorhome that we have owned for approx 15 months. A very genuine & reluctant sale due to life changes. Purchased from a long established local dealer called Forest of Dean caravans & was sold previous to that by Coleford Leisure. Had a habitation report & cambelt change by Coleford Leisure at 24,672 miles. I have the habitation report which was between 9-12 percent & well within the guide lines of 0-15 [no cause for concern] Had a new battery a few months ago & 4 x new continental tyres which have done less than 500 miles. Some paperwork with the van & just had a new MOT with one small advisory. The bodywork is in excellent condition with none of the usual cracks to bumpers or rust spots, No issues at all to the engine, gearbox, brakes etc & everything works as it should. Van comes with a mounted smart tv & dvd player, microwave, fold up table, full awning, small swivel table, Both front chairs swivel round, Full new gas bottle, Large storage space under the fixed bed, electric steps, Fly screens & blinds, Large overhead storage, Solar power & aeriel which i've never used, Electric/gas heater, leisure battery, Reversing camera, Bike rack, electric hook up lead, Very efficient on fuel & so much easier to drive & manoeuvre than the larger motorhomes. Couple of small areas of very minor wear to front seats, the occasional minor knock or bump to inside but again in excellent order inside & no damp or floor issues . These models with the fixed bed are scarce & so much easier than setting up a bed every day. A fantastic motorhome that would not disappoint the next buyer & all ready to go.
