Location: Free street parking, close to sea, multiple buses on seafront, 2 buses in village. Internet available.

The kitchen: There is a medium sized, kitchen with all modern facilities including waLive in landlord. Please ignore Friday adds click box options. To be clear this is not a tenancy it is a licensee agreement and you have free parking on the streets in Ovingdean.

The bathroom: In the bathroom there is a roll top bath victorian bath, toilet and shower.

The sittingroom: I have enclosed a picture of the sittingroom, but I am letting a room, but over Christmas I hold events for lodgers particularly if it snows.

The garden: There is a shared garden with a view for all in the house to use. We often have barbis and drinks in the garden.

The room: Is medium to large, the bed has a firm, good quality, mattress. There are multiple shelves and very big chest of draws.

Ovingdean is a nature reserve. The person who would enjoy living here would be someone who enjoys laid back living, and is probably a car driver. There is no bike shed however, and I cannot space to lock up a bike.

The room is furnished, and no I wont be selling any of the furniture or removing them from the room in place of a lodgers furniture.
