Taking place at HEDCA, 18 Coombe Road, Gosport, PO12 4JB, from 11am until 4pm, the event offers FREE admission and FREE parking, making it an accessible and enjoyable day out for all.

This month's special theme, "Cosmic Autumn: Awaken, Align, Harvest", celebrates the changing season while exploring personal wellbeing, spiritual growth and self-discovery.

Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available throughout the day.
