COMPASS CASITA 454 CARAVAN

Supplied new by Marquis Caravans, and 1st registered on the CRiS database on the 30th of July 2025, the caravan has had very little use and is like new inside and out, and is registered with DVLA for use within Europe.

With an ideal layout for a couple touring, the caravan has a good sized, open and airy, L-shaped lounge, that is flooded with light from multiple windows and sky lights, all of which open to provide excellent air circulation.

Removable carpets are fitted over a hardwearing vinyl floor, giving the best of options for easy cleaning and comfort whilst holidaying either in the countryside or at the beach.

In the center area of the caravan is a well-appointed kitchen area with double oven, integrated microwave, three-way fridge with freezer box and a four-ring stove top, one of which is an electric hot plate.

Opposite the kitchen is the shower room and WC compartment, this has its own opening sky light, heating duct, and a good-sized double door vanity cabinet. In the few times that the caravan has been used the shower has never been used!

At the rear of the caravan is a full-sized island bed that can be retracted during the daytime to give a large walkway around the bed. Wardrobes, draws and a pull-out night table are fitted each side of the bed – these give ample storage for extended stays away.

Hot water and heating are controlled via the easy to read Whale LCD touch panel display.

On the outside of the caravan there is a BBQ point, a 240v plug socket, locker doors that provide external access to the under-seat storage area and under bed storage area, external water and waste points, plus an external shower point. The front storage locker is huge and easily takes two gas bottles and all the everyday utility items needed for today’s caravanner’s needs. On the roof of the caravan there is both a omnidirectional TV ariel and a solar panel that charges the leisure battery.

Towing is easy with a weight of just over 1300kg the caravan can be towed by most small family cars. It also benefits from the uprated weight plate from the Erwin Hymer Group showing a max permissible loaded weight of 1500kg, therefore lots of carry capacity! Total shipping length is 6.89M and the width is 2.26M. AL-KO Active Control is fitted for additional towing safety. A Power Touch Motor-Mover is also fitted for ease of siting or moving the caravan via the remote control into a tight storage space.
