Coachman VIP 575 2018

We are selling our 2018 Coachman VIP575 as have bought a motorhome, the caravan is in super condition as its had minimal use since new - I just noticed on the photo of the front seats some indentations are evident - that's from where I stored my folding chairs and aquarolls that I removed just before the photo was taken - seats now back as they should be with no marks see new photo!!

It has Alde hot water and wet central heating systems controlled with a thermostat for all year round use and a heated towel rail/radiator in the washroom.

(Forgot to mention it does have a solar panel on the roof!)

The comfortable fixed bed layout means beds don't have to be made up each night leaving ample seating available for daytime and evening lounging around and also means there's good access to the loo during the day and night without disturbing anyone.

If 4 berths are required the front seats convert to a double bed with bed slats pulling out from the front cupboard.

Front lounge area has a centre cupboard with drawers and a slide out table extension, the kitchen area also has a lift up flap to extend the worksurface [very rare in these] and a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven and grill with 4 burner hob including an electric ring, an extractor fan is fitted above the kitchen area.

The bedroom has a fixed double bed that lifts for storage underneath and retracts to increase access around the bed in the daytime, plenty of storage cupboards and 2 wardrobes are provided.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, good sized shower and plenty of storage with large mirrors.

There's lots of lighting combinations with under surface LED's and corner spotlights with adjustable brightness in all areas to compliment the modern interior finish.

Condition is everything in a caravan - and ours is really clean with no marks on seats, all are supportive with no sagging etc [and carpets are clean and removable.

No pets or smokers have been in the caravan since new.

I tow it with a 2ltr Diesel and it tows straight and true - there is ALKO stability system fitted with an Alko anti snake hitch, a motor mover is fitted to aid manoeuvring - tyres have been replaced in 2024. I haver a damp meter and cannot find any evidence of damp.

If listed price is offered a Fiamma Caravanstore roll out canopy [showing a few signs of wear but works without any issue], wheel lock, gas cylinder and a few other bits and pieces can be included.
